Like many nonprofit Life Plan Communities across the country, La Posada’s costs of residency are based on a refundable entrance fee model. Monthly Service Fees are also paid to provide the amenities and support that make an enriching lifestyle. There are a wide variety of residences at La Posada, from apartments to garden homes to freestanding homes, and a wide range of cost options to fit both your preferences and your budget. Monthly Service Fees are typically reviewed and adjusted at years end to keep a high level of quality and value.

In a community of 750 residents, there is over 600 staff in the campus family. Satisfaction surveys, conducted annually, reflect well on La Posada, with ratings consistently over 90%-95% satisfied or very satisfied.
