La Posada is a 501(c)3 non-profit corporation, and our mission is to maximize the well-being of seniors. Our strength is a culture of relationships, where your satisfaction is at the forefront of everything we do. Our success is based on the people we serve, and the people who serve them.
Our person-centered focus, the innovative programs we create with our residents, the confidence their families take in entrusting their loved ones to our care. Those are the things that have always spoken volumes about us … and always will.

Leading by example
Led by exceptional management since our founding in the mid-1980s, and as a standalone not-for-profit since 1997, La Posada is resident-focused to our core. We encourage you to read more about our Management Team who shapes the day-to-day life here at La Posada, as well as our Board of Trustees whose guidance grounds us and keeps us centered, focused and mission-driven to maximize the well-being of seniors.
La Posada is integrated into the local Green Valley community, Pima County’s Commission on Aging, and is an active member in LeadingAge (and its state affiliate, LeadingAge Arizona), an association of 6,000 not-for-profit organizations dedicated to making the United States the best place to grow old.
