La Vista Apartment Living
Eighteen apartment floor plans make up our La Vista building, from small, easy-to-keep, one-bedroom apartments to larger two-bedroom floor plans. In short, La Vista is sure to have an option that’s right for you. Whatever floor plan you choose, everyone enjoys the light-filled, three-story common area for socializing, our third-floor dining room, multiple card rooms, a hair salon, art studio, library and an outdoor pool!

La Perla Apartment Living
As the name implies, these one- and two-bedroom apartments are designed to emphasize and capture natural light, and have high ceilings and an inviting, open layout. The La Perla neighborhood is made up of seven floor plans, all of which have access to a ground-floor dining room, upscale dining at The Continental, an outdoor patio, interior courtyards, library, computer center, hair salon and meeting rooms.

Garden Homes
If you’re looking for all the advantages of townhome living, our Garden Homes are a must-see.
